ang sorbetes ng maynila ay tinawag na “dirty icecream” ng mga amerikano, kase tinalo noon ng sorbetes ang mga icecream na gawa ng mga dayuhan.

kase nga, sa mga kalsada lang ng maynila ginagawa ng mga katutubo ang kanilang sorbetes kaya binansagan itong dirty ice cream para wag tangkilikin ng mga mamamayan.
